Refunds and Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied

At Megabake, We truly want You to be completely satisfied with Our products. We take great pride in the quality and performance of Our products, however We understand that people have different preferences with food and that also occassionally things can go wrong. If You are not completely satisfied with Your purchase, please return it to Us within 15 days of receipt and We will replace it or refund Your purchase price.

Inspection of received products

You shall inspect the goods immediately upon their arrival and shall within seven (7) days give notice to Megabake if the goods are not in accordance with specified requirements. If You fail to give such notice, the goods shall be deemed to be in all respects in accordance with the specified requirements. No claim shall be recognised unless made in writing and received by Megabake within seven (7) days after receipt of goods by You. The total amount of any claim shall not exceed the actual invoice value of the goods claimed to be faulty.

If you don’t like our energy bar products…

We think Our energy bars taste temendous but maybe You don’t.

If You don’t like Your Megabake energy bar products, return all unopened items and We will refund Your purchase price. Megabake is unable to provide a refund for any food items that have been opened.

If you don’t like our clothing products…

Megabake does not provide a refund or replacement for clothing and other merchandise products if You change Your mind or do not like the product.

If your clothing item does not fit…

At Megabake, We want Your Megabake merchandise to fit perfectly and have You looking sharp out on the streets.

If You have ordered the wrong size for any of Our clothing products, and We have the correct size of the same or similar item in stock, then We will exchange the item. However if We no longer have the product in stock We are unable to provide an exchange nor a refund.

If our products are delivered damaged or faulty…

At Megabake We take great care to ensure that Your products are manaufactured and delivered in tip-top condition. However occasionally things go wrong somewhere in the supply chain.

If You receive damaged or faulty products then Megabake will replace it or refund Your purchase price.

Refund of shipping costs

Where a return is made because You don’t like Our products, Megabake will not refund shipping costs and You will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Where a return is made because a product is damaged or faulty, Megabake will refund all shipping costs, including reimburing You for the return shipping costs.

Where a return is made becasue a clothing item is the wrong size, Megabake will not refund the original shipping costs and You will be responsible for the return shipping costs and the shipping costs for the reaplcement items.

Method of refund

Where a refund is to be paid, Megabake will endeavour to reimburse You via the same payment method as was used initially.
